contact for issues with the content management system. Tom was always
responsive in a jam as well as when simply needing a quick question resolved.
"On many occasions when I was contacted after work hours by students or faculty
I could email Tom and typically get a response back within several hours,
including weekends!
"One of Tom's strengths that I had the opportunity to
witness on multiple occasions was his brilliant trouble shooting skills where
he was quickly able to determine the root of an issue and troubleshoot the
solution. Tom is a very effective communicator, a skilled educator and a
thoughtful and pleasant colleague. Tom's absence leaves a large void in the
university eLearning and technology departments.”
